Financial Due Diligence Manager || One of the Big 10s || Upto 18 LPA

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Financial Due Diligence (FDD) to join a leading Transaction Advisory team. The role offers exposure to high-profile M&A transactions, acquisitions, mergers, buyouts, and strategic investments across industries.

The incumbent will work closely with clients and deal teams to analyze financial performance, identify key risks, and support informed investment and acquisition decisions.

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
