**What You Will Be Doing**
The Financial Management Staff – Level 4 role supports the day-to-day execution of ADP Program Finance activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring program financial integrity through the development, maintenance, and analysis of program cost, schedule, and performance data. The role requires strong analytical capability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while supporting multiple program finance functions across the enterprise.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish, maintain, and manage Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs) for assigned programs
- Perform analysis and reconciliation of actual costs against budgets and forecasts
- Develop and maintain Estimate at Complete (EAC) projections in support of program financial planning
