As a Financial Management Trainee, you will develop a working knowledge and understanding of financial management in the electrical distribution business through hands-on learning and interaction with the local financial and branch management teams. + Gain a working knowledge of all responsibilities and duties across the business.
+ Evaluate and analyze prospective customers.
+ Assist in management of customer accounts and collection efforts.
+ Complete assigned training and development activities and educational programs in an accurate and timely manner. Provide feedback to manager on ways to improve training.
+ Participate in special projects and meet tight and changing deadlines as required.
