Requirements: Qualified CA, with a strong commercial acumen Minimum of 8 years experience in finance or accounting Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Proficient in MS Office and payroll software Agricultural experience would be to your advantage Be willing to travel from time to time
