Opportunity Description
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing the full finance function from A-Z
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the finance team
- Overseeing month-end, year-end, and financial reporting processes
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
- Driving process improvements and financial efficiencies
- Partnering with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
What We're Looking For:
CA(SA) qualification essential- Minimum 3 years' post-articles experience
- Proven experience managing a finance team
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
- Ability to work strategically while remaining operationally involved
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
