Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactive management of financial and procurement function, identifying problems in advance
• Making strategic financial decisions for cost reductions and/or higher productivity
• Providing financial advice to support the company’s financial objectives
• Involvement in creating business plans and improving internal processes
• Financial planning and analysis
• Budget preparations and compilations in consultation with the MD
• Forecasting
• Analysis of financial data
• Preparing and reviewing of financial statements to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Preparing and compiling of monthly/quarterly documentation for financial reporting at board meetings
