Financial manager: property & investment

Our client is seeking a strategic Financial Manager with deep expertise in property accounting and investment analysis to oversee their financial health and systems.

As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the full financial lifecycle of our clients property portfolios. You will leverage MRI Software to manage property data, lead financial reporting, and provide the investment analysis necessary to drive high-yield acquisitions and development projects.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full accounting function, ensuring all property-related transactions are recorded accurately within MRI or similar property systems. Perform DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) modelling, IRR calculations, and yield analysis to evaluate potential new developments and acquisitions.
