FINANCIAL MANAGER

Summary You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGER of MARCORSYSCOM. Responsibilities You will serve as a technical advisor for all major financial management planning, policy, and decision-making actions, coordinating with program offices and reporting directly to the chief financial officer. You will work closely with financial management analysts to manage the financial aspects of Major Defense Acquisition Programs, programs with various Acquisition Categories from ACAT IA to ACAT IV, Foreign Military Sales programs, and joint programs. You will be responsible for a wide range of financial management duties in the programming, formulation, execution, and auditing of the respective programs, which vary in complexity, visibility, and financial volume. You will train and lead Marine Corps acquisition programs through all phases of the PPBE (Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution) processes, including matters of fiscal and appropriation law.
