Experience Required Group-level finance (multiple legal entities) Hands‑on monthly and quarterly close Consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany management Operating within regulated or capital-intensive environments Experience supporting executive management, boards, lenders, and auditors Qualifications CA(SA), ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professionally qualified accountant Strong grounding in IFRS / local GAAP applied at group level Solid understanding of tax legislation, deferred tax, and loss utilisation Proven exposure to banking covenants, funding structures, and audits Key Responsibilities Financial Operations & Lead reporting
