Financial Planning & Analysis Executive

Principal Functions: Corporate Planning
Department functions are to support top management and to take lead
on company-wide activities. Department roles including planning,
developing, coordinating and implementing strategies to meet the
company's objectives and overall corporate goals and
KPIs.

A. Support Top
Management

1. Assist SH to study and
   develop company-wide strategy and various company-wide KPI
   settings.

• Support on the
  formulation and management of goals
  (company/department/individual).
• Manage,
  monitor, analyze and re-align the progress to ensure successful and
  continuity of execution and implementation to achieve efficiency
  and effectiveness.

1. Asist
   SH in Company Performance Management by establishing structural
   report, analysis and regular meeting with respective
   departments.
