Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Overview We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented FP&A professional to support both factory manufacturing cost analysis and Singapore entity-level financial planning. This role provides a unique blend of operational finance exposure and corporate FP&A responsibilities, working closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities 1. Factory Manufacturing Cost Analysis
Support factory data reporting—collect, validate, and submit datasets within agreed timelines.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of factory manufacturing costs, including material, labour, overhead, and logistics components.
Partner with plant operations, production planning, and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers, variances, and efficiency metrics.
Prepare standard cost build-up and support annual cost roll processes.
