Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

OVERVIEW:

The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, planning, and performance analysis for horizontal real estate projects (e.g., residential subdivisions, land development). This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, project feasibility analysis, and financial reporting, ensuring that all projects meet profitability targets and align with the company’s strategic goals. The position requires strong collaboration with project development, sales, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA would have an advantage.
• At least 7–10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within real estate.
