Role Overview

The Finance Manager will lead the company's financial planning, analysis, and strategic finance functions, providing critical insights to support decision-making and sustainable growth. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, profitability analysis, cash flow management, capital planning, and business performance monitoring for a fast-growing Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) chain with over 100 stores nationwide.

The Finance Manager will serve as a key business partner to the CEO, COO, Operations, and Accounting teams, ensuring that financial resources are effectively allocated to maximize profitability, support expansion initiatives, and strengthen overall financial performance.
