Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Overview

The FP&A Manager will play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, and decision support for Safran Landing Systems Services & Support (SLSSS). This position is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, management analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives—including the financial management of a new plant extension and successful migration to a new ERP system—ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and regular forecasting processes in close coordination with operational and business teams
• Monitor and analyze monthly financial results (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and provide insights into variances against budget/forecast
