Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

OPPORTUNITY AS AN FP&A SPECIALIST AT KARL STORZ!

Responsible for delivering advanced financial analysis and commercial performance insights to support business decision‑making across the LATAM region.

This is a senior individual contributor role, acting as a reference in FP&A topics, with strong involvement in financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, particularly across Sales, Order Entry/Backlog and Gross Margin. The position plays a key role in enhancing financial visibility and supporting decision‑making through data‑driven insights, while operating in alignment with the FP&A Manager.

Additionally, the role contributes to pricing analysis and monitoring in collaboration with Marketing, and actively supports the development of data analytics, reporting and process optimization initiatives.
