Financial Planning & Management Reporting Group Head

Bank Sahabat Sampoerna is looking for a Financial Planning & Management Reporting Group Head who will be responsible for the following:

• Strategic Business Planning: Coordinate and oversee the formulation of the bank’s short-term and long-term business plans, ensuring full compliance with OJK regulations and perfect alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
• Management & Regulatory Reporting: Review and deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial/performance reports to executive management, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
• Data Provision & Integration: Review and fulfill data requests from various internal business units to support both internal strategic initiatives and external reporting requirements.
• Market & Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of the national banking market trends and perform ad hoc financial evaluations to provide actionable insights for senior management.<...
