- Support the development of advanced legal reasoning models by contributing regulatory and compliance expertise across high-stakes investigations, frameworks, and governance workflows.
Core Responsibilities
- Design realistic regulatory and compliance scenarios (e.g., AML reviews, OFAC screening, FCPA assessments, FDA submissions, privacy assessments)
- Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard
- Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics
- Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
- Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in regulatory or compliance law within a law firm, in-house legal team, or government agency
