Financial Reporting & Insights Associate

Experience Required:

0–2 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or related roles

Strong hands-on experƟse in MS Excel is mandatory

Job DescripƟon:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analyƟcal Business Finance professional to support financial planning and performance tracking. The role involves close collaboraƟon with cross-funcƟonal teams to drive business insights and support day-to-day finance operaƟons.

Key ResponsibiliƟes:

Facilitate planning, budgeƟng, and variance analysis across all P&L items to support strategic

decision-making.

Prepare the Annual OperaƟng Plan (AOP) and track performance against targets.

Create and analyse monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, highlighƟng key variances and acƟonable business insights.

Build and maintain daily MIS dashboards for real-Ɵme performance tracking across business units....
