Financial Reporting Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to oversee the preparation, analysis, and submission of external financial reports in compliance with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regulations. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the accuracy of quarterly, annual, and periodic filings, while maintaining adherence to technical accounting standards and internal controls. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support complex accounting matters to drive organizational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation, review, and timely submission of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and other required disclosures.
• Coordinate the development of financial statements, footnote disclosures, and Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD& A).
