Financial Reporting Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join our finance team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia reporting to the Financial Controller APAC, located in Sydney, Australia, while also working closely with Graymont’s head office in Vancouver, Canada. This role will be part of a team that produces high‑quality IFRS financial reporting , provides technical accounting expertise , and supports the business with complex accounting judgements, impairment assessments, sustainability reporting, and ad‑hoc reporting and compliance requirements. This role will lead, coach, develop, guide or set objectives for two direct reports located in Malaysia.
This is a hands‑on technical role suited to a professional who enjoys working independently, problem‑solving, interpreting accounting standards, and partnering closely with senior finance leaders, auditors, and other stakeholders.
