Develop and document Control Estimates and Budgets (annual and multi-year) and ensure that these outputs reflect the approved project design. Conduct sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.Analyse cost trends, develop and review cost forecasts, prepare monthly cost reports (budgets, forecasts, expenditures, commitments) including the administration, management, reporting and monitoring of power sector generation projects.
