Summary Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) mission is to lead the Department of Defense (DoD) in finance and accounting by ensuring the delivery of efficient, exceptional quality pay and financial information. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of financial data, operational metrics, and user feedback to evaluate current support service effectiveness and assess customer needs, identify abnormal trends, and identify customer-focused solutions. Assess financial and customer risk to develop targeted strategies to enhance service delivery. Evaluate data to recommend procedural adaptations and improve overall customer and stakeholder experience. Analyze, assess, and lead projects with DFAS directorates to optimize customer service processes.
