Financial Systems & Planning Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Support user engagement workshops for Financial Planning system implementation and gather design requirements
• Assist in system testing for change requests and new feature releases
• Maintain master data in Workday and support budget operations for agency planning and controls
• Organise and update project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems, or related field
• Interest in Ops-Tech / finance systems roles
• Understanding of finance processes and exposure to system implementation is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Meticulous, independent, and a good team player
• Able to multitask and prioritise work
