Job Title: REVS Analyst
Location: Bengaluru (5 Days Onsite)
Shift: 2pm to 11pm IST or 4pm to 1pm IST
Position Overview:
Client is looking to expand their team who will be responsible for helping the valuation process of commercial real estate properties
Essential Job Functions:
The day-to-day work will consist of:
- Prepare quarterly/Annual appraisals with the support of MAI certified appraisers
- Review and analyze budgets and final financial statements
- Complete cash flow and portfolio analytics on client funds
- Complete quarterly summary reporting
- Complete Argus Enterprise Review/Audit services
- Prepare 10-year cash flow projection using Argus Enterprise thereby reading through appraisal reports, leases, Rent Roll and financial statements
