In this role, you will serve as the primary technical liaison for Finastra's FGPP, focusing on issue resolution and configuration. Your experience with FGPP will enable you to effectively lead customer calls and manage escalated issues from L2. Provide critical support in analysis and testing to ensure smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
