Opportunity Description
- Design, develop, and review fire sprinkler systems in compliance with NFPA 13, NFPA14, NFPA 20, and other applicable fire protection codes and standards.
- Perform accurate hydraulic calculations for fire protection systems using approved industry software
- Prepare, review, and maintain fire protection layouts, riser diagrams, shop drawings, construction drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP (Fire Protection).
- Utilize specialized fire protection software including AutoSPRINK, HydraCALC, HASS, and Elite Fire to ensure technically sound and code-compliant designs.
- Ensure all fire protection designs meet Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements, client specifications, and project scope.
- Coordinate closely with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of fire protection systems within overall building designs.
