What you will do

The Sprinkler Service Supervisor is responsible for the proper coordination, execution, and follow-up for the Contracting Team in an assigned Territory. Actively promote the products and services of Johnson Controls Fire Protection in the marketplace.

How you will do it

Revenue responsibility- Including implementing plans, programs, and processes designed to meet and exceed corporate goals and objectives as well as maximizing market potential of the service business including new bookings (sales), and P&L responsibility.

Customer Satisfaction- Responsible for maintaining effective customer communications along with building solid customer relationships from initial contact through order acquisition, delivery, installation, and service.
