• Handle multiple fast-track residential fit-out projects simultaneously
• Prepare and evaluate BOQs tenders and subcontractor packages
• Conduct cost analysis budgeting and forecasting
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budget
• Manage variations claims and change orders efficiently
• Liaise with project managers site teams and clients
