We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Fitness Instructor to join the team at our Cardiff City Centre location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inductions and gym tours for new members.
- Ensure health and safety compliance throughout the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the gym floor.
- Teach fitness classes and drive member engagement.
- Enhance overall member satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Qualified Fitness Instructor certification.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse membership base.
