Job Description
This is a 32 hour per week contract.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all members and hotel guests, supporting their membership goals.
- Run classes and provide coaching as scheduled by the Club Manager.
- Proactively work with the sales team to support membership growth, including handling telecoms and prospect club tours.
- Organize and schedule induction programs for members.
- Act on member problems effectively or refer any issues you cannot resolve to your supervisor. ...
