Summary This position is located in the Mid-Atlantic Region, Fleet and Family Readiness Program, Fleet Readiness Department in the Fitness/Sports and Deployed Support Department. The purpose of this position is to assist the Fitness Director to provide fitness training and education at the installation serviced. This position is located **JEBLC/FT. STORY ROCKWELL HALL GYM.** Responsibilities Plans, markets and conducts ongoing fitness programs to provide conditioning for facility users. Instructs individuals and groups in the proper conditioning and training for aerobic and muscular fitness, body composition and flexibility. Instructs patrons in the proper use of equipment and self-monitored progress by preparing written instructions and procedures for us of equipment and safety of all users.
