NSC Staffing has an immediate opening for 1st Shift Fitter/Welders in Mansfield, TX. Shift: 1st shift, schedule 7a – 3:30p, Monday – Friday. Pay: $18-20/hour depending on experience.

We are seeking dependable and skilled MIG/Flux welders to join our fabrication team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on unique, made to order metal projects and takes pride in producing strong, clean welds. You will be fabricating everything from structural frames to decorative metalwork, requiring precision, adaptability, and a solid understanding of welding techniques.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform MIG and Flux Core welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and other metals as required.
• Fit up parts (MUST BE ABLE TO WELD AND FIT).
