This position is located on-site at Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) Parris Island, SC, directly supporting Service Contract Act (SCA) staff. The Program Manager (PM) will oversee daily operations of the Uniform Alterations Shop at MCRD Parris Island. This facility supports the timely and precise fitting and alteration of uniforms for Marine Corps personnel, particularly new recruits. The PM is responsible for supervising a workforce of over 30 employees—including tailors, fitters, and seamstresses—while ensuring compliance with contract deliverables, maintaining quality standards, and driving operational efficiency through process improvement and data-driven oversight.
