Fixed Asset Accountant – Oil & Gas / Utilities

A large energy organization is seeking a Fixed Asset Accountant to manage accounting for high-value infrastructure and IT assets. The role requires hands-on experience in fixed asset accounting within asset-intensive environments.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and control the fixed asset register for infrastructure and IT assets.

Capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and asset disposals.

Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies.

Support audits, asset verification, and reconciliation processes.

Partner with IT, procurement, and engineering teams on asset tracking and valuation.
