Fixed assets administrator

The incumbent will assist the National Fixed Asset manager with administration and management of national fixed assets to ensure compliance with laid down business processes, policy and procedures.

KPI 1.1 Creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). 1.1.1 Create WBS for out of budget CAPEX requirements, and send for approval by relevant managers in Finance. 1.1.2 Create asset numbers from approved WBS as required by End-users to allow shopping cart creation. 1.1.3 Approve the Shopping carts on SRM system and liaise with Procurement and End users for updates. 1.2 Maintain Fixed Asset Register according to the Fixed Asset Management Policy by: 1.2.1 Co-ordination of the company wide annual fixed asset verification. 1.2.2 Counting all physical assets in own zone (CK). 1.2.3 Barcode all assets within own zone (CK). 1.2.4 Update SAP system...
