We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Band5 Staff Nurse (Health Visiting) to work as part of the Health Visiting Team providing preventative and supportive health care to children and families in Bath & North East Somerset. The role is based at Keynsham Children’s Centre. This is a part‑time position (22.5 hours per week) with a fixed‑term contract of one year.

Main Responsibilities

• Work within the boundaries of the Staff Nurse Competency framework.
• Collaborate with the Health Visiting Team to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
• Partner with children and families to identify health needs early and provide appropriate support to achieve positive outcomes.
• Partner with Early Years Services in community settings such as Children’s Centres and early years settings.
• Support infant feeding and parent‑infant relationships, adhering to the Baby Friendly Initiative Standards.
