**Responsibilities**
+ Direct and control traffic using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and radios to maintain safe movement through work zones.
+ Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades according to company and state standards.
+ Monitor road and worksite conditions and adjust traffic control patterns as needed to ensure safety.
