Fleet Administration Associate

The Fleet Administration Associate is responsible for the accurate, compliant, and efficient management of the company’s delivery trucks. The role manages end-to-end fleet administration processes, including registration, permits, renewals, licensing, disposal, and annual compliance reporting, while ensuring regulatory compliance, complete documentation, and smooth operational continuity to support business operations.

Responsibilities

• Handles end-to-end processing of fleet regulatory requirements, including franchise applications (new and renewal) with LTFRB, Provisional Authority (PA) applications and renewals, vehicle registration renewals with LTO, and renewal of authorization for non-issuance of Yellow Plate units.
• Acts as the primary point of contact with external regulatory agencies (LTFRB, LTO) for compliance-related inquiries and clarifications.
