Opportunity Description
Join Applewood Chevrolet Buick GMC in Mississauga as a Fleet Administrator, managing vehicle operations and ensuring seamless project completion within the Fleet department.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Fleet team to handle vehicle maintenance, repairs, and registrations. Your expertise in dealership administration and strong communication skills will help streamline licensing, invoicing, and customer service efforts, contributing to the success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Book vehicles tagged and enter into inventory system
• Process fleet licensing and prepare delivery receipts
• Complete dealer trades and assist with vehicle deliveries
• Maintain spreadsheets for large volume customers
• Perform additional duties as assigned
