Maintaining accurate fleet records including vehicle registrations, MOTs, servicing schedules, inspections, road tax and insurance documentationScheduling MOTs, servicing, repairs, tyre replacements and routine vehicle maintenancePreparing and processing rental agreements, vehicle handover documents and damage reportsManaging vehicle booking systems and fleet availability recordsHandling general administration duties, answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiriesManaging parking fines, penalty charge notices and associated documentationAssisting with vehicle check-in and check-out procedures when requiredLiaising with customers regarding bookings, vehicle availability and rental documentationSupporting the wider operations team with general administrative duties The successful candidate:
