Fleet Control Tower Assoc. Manager

The Fleet Control Tower Assoc. Manager is responsible for leading fleet control and operations teams across EMEA region (15+ Countries) to ensure effective real‑time monitoring of fleet maintenance, availability and safety violations across multiple geographies 24/7. The role is the focal point between operational teams and top management in S&T and BUs.This position demands strong leadership, advanced operational capabilities, expertise in telematics/AI‑based monitoring systems, and a commitment to high safety and compliance standards.Additionally, the manager drives the execution of ecosystem projects, oversees software testing and vendor interactions, and leads cross‑functional sustainability, compliance, and productivity initiatives across BUs and the region.
