Fleet Controller

Salary: R15 000 – R25 000 (Dependant on experience)
Rotational shifts: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00

Our client in the logistics industry is currently looking for a Junior Fleet Controller to join a fast-paced transport and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track truck and driver movements


• Update planned loads on Soloplan/Fleet Management Systems


• Ensure drivers receive loading instructions and updates


• Manage PODs and related transport documentation


• Monitor diesel consumption and driver efficiency


• Liaise with clients regarding deliveries, delays, and updates


• Manage driver attendance and time-off schedules


• Report and follow up on breakdowns and operational issues

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
