General Function

Responsible for managing fleet insurance, compliance, vehicle maintenance, and financial tools (fleet cards, RFID). Ensure all vehicles are insured, registered, and maintained while handling insurance claims and renewals. Monitors fleet expenses and supports asset management tasks, ensuring proper documentation and tracking of company vehicles.

1. FLEET INSURANCE & COMPLIANCE

CTPL & Comprehensive Insurance Management

• Manage the issuance, and monitoring of CTPL (Compulsory Third Party Liability) and comprehensive insurance policies for all company vehicles.
• Ensure all insurance policies are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements, preventing lapses in coverage.
• Maintain accurate records of insurance documents, including policy numbers, renewal dates, any claims history
