Smartek is seeking a Fleet Operations Agent I based in Bahía Blanca, Argentina. This role involves supporting daily operations, automation efforts, and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or +2 years of experience, along with advanced English communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel.

This entry-level position offers opportunities for growth in operations engineering and process design as skills develop. Candidates with knowledge of SQL Server, Power Automate, and Python will be preferred.
