JOB OVERVIEW:
We are hiring a Fleet Coordinator to support scheduling, reporting, documentation, and overall fleet operations. This role focuses on tracking fleet health, coordinating repairs, and working across teams to ensure vehicles are operational and processes run efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate repair scheduling and optimize vehicle downtime
* Monitor fleet health and track open issues
* Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs and history
* Support reporting (daily, weekly, monthly performance tracking)
* Assist with technical documentation and process updates
* Perform quality checks on repair orders
* Support parts ordering and availability tracking
