Fleet Transportation Specialist

The Fleet Transportation Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily transportation operations, managing fleet dispatch activities, and ensuring smooth execution of distribution plans. The role involves driver allocation, route scheduling, fleet maintenance coordination, and operational follow-up to ensure timely and efficient delivery execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and monitor daily distribution plans in coordination with warehouse operations and planning team.
• Organize vehicle dispatch schedules based on priority and operational requirements.
• Assign drivers to outbound routes and ensure proper shift allocation.
• Ensure completion of pre-trip vehicle inspection checklists for all fleet units.
