As the Sr. Manager, Change Management and Associate Engagement you will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of change management and communication strategies for several high-priority HR initiatives globally, impacting a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings experience in managing behavior and technology changes through creative and engaging strategies that drive awareness, facilitate buy-in, prepare teams for change, and generate excitement across key stakeholders.
