**Job Description Summary**
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient execution of on-site activities associated with the installation, erection, testing support, and commissioning coordination of Fixed Series Compensation (FSC) equipment. The role oversees daily field execution for structural, mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical installation activities related Fixed Series Compensation platforms and associated systems.

The Site Supervisor serves as the primary on-site coordination point between installation crews, subcontractors, OEM technical representatives, the customer, site and project management to ensure work is completed according to design drawings, quality standards, schedule requirements, and site safety procedures.
