• Manage a production team of approximately 30 staff.
• Oversee all aspects of the flexo label printing process.
• Ensure production targets, quality and safety standards are met.
• Coordinate machine operations and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in flexo label printing.
• Prior management experience leading teams of similar size.
• Knowledge of label processes, including flexo food labels.
• Ability to manage multiple machines and optimize throughput.
