**Job Description**
The Flexographic Press Operator sets up, adjusts, operates, and maintains flexographic press equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, deep knowledge of flexographic printing processes, and the ability to perform precise make-ready, color correction, and routine maintenance to meet exacting quality and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain flexographic press equipment to produce printed materials according to job specifications.
+ Perform all make-ready tasks for the press, including mounting plates or installing print cylinders and examining them for imperfections.
+ Check and verify correct positioning of images on plates and cylinders before production.
+ Prepare and configure web paths, making accurate and complex web path adjustments as required.
